Bugs and feature requests
File them at
github.com/no-human-ai/no_human/issues.
A useful report names the version (nh --version), the command
you ran, and what happened instead. If a task behaved oddly, the output of
nh doctor says which mechanisms have and have not fired on your
install, and it prints no credentials.
Security
Report suspected vulnerabilities by email rather than in a public issue, and give us a way to reach you. The repository’s SECURITY.md states what is in scope. no_human runs on your machine and holds your model credential in a file only your user can read, so credential handling and the tool guards are the parts we most want to hear about.
Data and privacy requests
The privacy policy says what is collected. The program runs locally, so we see nothing from it unless you switch on the app's optional usage insights, which are off by default. Waitlist records, account records, any usage insights you turned on, and any support email you send us are the exceptions; email the address above and we will delete them and confirm.
Anything else
The documentation answers most install and configuration questions, and about explains what the product will and will not do. If neither helps, email is fine — a short message with what you were trying to do is enough to start.
